1. All goods remain the property of Music Magick until payment is made in full.
2. The return policy is limited to the supply of defective merchandise and incorrect.
3. All products are sent by mail, registered.
4. Orders are usually shipped within five working days.
5. We are a small company and occasionally short delays may occur. If the goods have not been received within 15 days of the request, please contact us by email.
6. You may cancel any item before being sent at any time by contacting our sales department. Once we receive notification that you wish to cancel your item, any amount paid to Music Magick for the item will be returned as quickly as possible.
7. All refunds will be processed according to the method of payment chosen by you at time of purchase. In addition, as part of the measures we use to protect your privacy, reimbursement will be made only on the card used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed for another card.
8. Music Magick must be notified before you make a return. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide all details of the returned items.
9. Music Magick will only accept return for the following: - Damaged or defective products before shipping - Goods supplied incorrectly - Goods that vary from their description on the website
10. Returns - contact Customer Service for a return address. Please include your proof of posting with your return so that we can reimburse the cost of postage expense on your credit card
11. All returns must be received by Music Magick within 7 days of receipt.
